Job Description:

  • Serves as a primary intellectual resource for medical and scientific expertise for all oncology programs
  • Represents company at key national and international medical and scientific meetings including participation in advisory boards with key opinion leaders

  • Provides guidance for successful implementation and accomplishment of investigator initiated trials related to product development and life cycle management of an oncology compound

Position Requirements:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree with 5 to 10 years of experience in oncology drug development in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company
  • Must be trained in Radiation or Medical Oncology, Hematology, board certification a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • A successful track record leading the clinical development of drug candidates from pre-clinical activities through global clinical trials, experience in Phase 1/II would be a plus

Summary:

The Director of Human Resources will have overall responsibility in all HR functional areas, programs and practices such as talent acquisition, on-boarding, talent management, succession planning, performance management, compensation/salary administration, learning and development, employee relations and all HR policies.  The incumbent will be a member of the North American leadership team.

  Required Qualifications/Skills:

Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources in a fast-paced company with experience managing human resources issues across multiple sites and functions.  Previous experience in Pharmaceutical industry is required.  Solid knowledge of Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Practices, theories, Federal and State employment law, including, FLSA, FMLA, EEO and current practices and trends.  Experience with Six Sigma is a plus. PHR/SPHR preferred.  Exceptional  Microsoft Office skills.

The successful candidate will head up the Clinical Research function and be responsible for the management and performance of Clinical Trials conducted by the company. They will have full responsibility of our client’s clinical development programs in the United States and Europe for their NCEs, biosimilars and other products to be developed and marketed in these territories. This position will entail relatively more life cycle management activities and clinical development of biosimilars and generic compounds as compared to absolute new chemical entity development.In addition to clinical research experience (through direct reports or CROs), the candidate should be experienced in strategic and scientific approaches for development of new formulations or indications for existing products to extend life cycle or to initiate/prolong patent life.The candidate should be versatile in developing strategic approaches as well as executing effective negotiations with the regulatory authorities in these territories.The candidate, in addition to developing a good database of KOLs, needs to interact effectively with them on strategic and scientific levels to plan aforementioned activities and implement them. We are seeking a Director of Manufacturing Sciences for our life sciences client.  The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing of In Vitro Diagnostic reagents for their clinical assays. This position ensures that manufacturing processes are compliant with GMP and ISO 9001 and 13485 standards and works closely with the R&D, Production, Quality and Regulatory groups to ensure compliance and continuous quality improvement.

Initially this position will be responsible for single handedly creating reagents for the R&D group.   Eventually, will supervise Senior Scientists, Molecular Technologists and Supervisors.

Requirements:

PhD degree (preferred) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Chemistry or a related scientific discipline; significant experience with both immunology and molecular-based testing methods (RNA technologies, PCR, real-time PCR)

Minimum of 7 years related experience in assay/applications development or manufacturing in a clinical diagnostic industry;

SUMMARY:  

 This position is responsible for monitoring the compliance for several business units. The responsibility includes ensuring overall business unit Compliance that adheres to all local, state and federal regulations. This person will be charged with the development of a compliance program that satisfies the OIG’s seven elements of an effective compliance program. This position will also serve as the Privacy Officer..

 In terms of HIPAA compliance, the Privacy officer shall oversee all ongoing activities related to the identification, development, implementation and maintenance of the organizations privacy policies in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.

 This position supports the corporate compliance program to ensure appropriate legal, ethical and compliant conduct within the Company. Researches and analyzes legal information relevant to the healthcare compliance field. Reviews and tracks legal documents and services between the company and healthcare providers/consultants. Provides compliance training and monitors HIPAA related issues. Provides guidance on healthcare compliance issues to management, employees and business development teams.  Investigates facts of internal investigations to prepare recommendations to management on course of action.

Additionally, works closely with Corporate Compliance & Ethics, the Executive Committee & business leads to ensure all policies, documentation and SOPs are developed, maintained and followed in strict accordance with laws.

 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identify and assess areas of compliance risk for several business areas

  • Serve as the SME on HIPAA & HIPAA Hi-Tech compliance, establish written policies and procedures and socialize requirements internally

The candidate can reside anywhere in USA but must live close to a major airport. This is a newly created position and the incumbent will be responsible for US Sales.

Responsibilities:

• Pro-actively identify, maintain and grow customer accounts by understanding customer’s needs, meeting sales targets and using internal resources to effectively execute timely solution.
• Present and sell company products and services to potential clients.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as planned.

The successful candidate will assume responsibility for managing, developing and leading all aspects of product marketing on a global basis. In this key leadership role, the successful candidate will be responsible for directing the life cycle management of products and orchestrating the strategic and operating plans necessary to accomplish marketing and commercial goals.  Research market conditions in domestic and international arenas to determine potential sales of products or services in the life science research industry. Conduct analysis involving competitors, pricing, sales, methods of marketing, existing and potential customer preferences, economic conditions, advertising, distribution, and other factors that may influence future sales. Analyze data and make recommendations based on findings.  Establish research methodology and design format for data gathering, such as surveys, opinion polls, or questionnaires. Examine and analyze statistical data to forecast future marketing trends. Gather data on competitors and analyze prices, sales, and methods of marketing and distribution. Collect data on customer preferences and buying habits and prepare reports and graphic illustrations of findings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key member of the marketing leadership team; actively participate in driving continued evolution of the marketing organization.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for the overall control of the financial operations of the company including global operations in India and China.  The CFO will have primary day-to-day responsibilities in strategic planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company. This will include direct responsibility for accounting, finance & supply chain.  The CFO will work very closely with the senior leadership team assisting in formulating the company’s future strategic direction & tactical initiatives by providing financial perspective to the processes.

Responsibilities will include:

  1. Planning, directing and controlling the financial well-being of the company and foreign operations by providing financial controls through overall planning, budgeting, policies and operational processes.
